I’m a 65-year-old woman and in July of this year I sprained my MCL. It was very painful, and I was only able to walk with a cane, wearing a knee brace for several weeks. My nephew gave me two capsules before bed one evening while I was visiting him and his family. The next morning I felt some improvement in my knee. One week later I was walking without the knee brace and zero pain! I’m still taking the product and I have zero pain in my knee six weeks later . Just amazing!
