How The Program Works

The N101 Rewards program allows you to earn a point for every $1 spent (excluding shipping & taxes). Also, you can earn points by reviewing products, following us on social media, or celebrating a birthday. You even earn 200 points just for signing up!

See below for the complete Rules and Regulations. Once you accumulate enough points, you can redeem them online or at our retail store for discounts on your favorite supplements and natural health products.

Online Rewards Discounts

325 points = 5% Reward Discount**
500 points = 10% Reward Discount**
325 points = $5 Discount**
500 points = $10 Discount**

Receive a $20 coupon

Refer a new customer and receive a $20 coupon when they make a minimum $50 purchase. Provide them a 10% coupon to get started. Find out more details in the Referrals section of the Rewards program.

**Reward Discounts cannot be combined with other coupons or discounts

How To Redeem Points

  1. Click the Rewards button in the lower left corner. This button appears on every page (except Account or Checkout). The button appears with a “crown” icon on mobile devices. The screenshots illustrate the location and appearance of the button for mobile or desktop views.
  2. Click "Ways to redeem."
  3. Click the Redeem button for the reward you wish to redeem.
  4. Click the Copy button to copy the generated discount code. You must enter this code in the discount code box to apply it during checkout.
  5. A copy of the discount code will also be emailed to you for future use if you do not wish to redeem it immediately. Rewards Discount codes do not expire.

Program Rules and Regulations

  • Rewards must be redeemed with an order to purchase one or more items.
  • One point is awarded for each U.S. dollar spent online, excluding shipping fees and taxes.
  • Rewards and points are non-transferable.
  • Rewards points expire after 1 year.
  • Rewards merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Points will be deducted from your points balance for returned products and canceled orders.
  • Participation in the Rewards Program is FREE.
  • The Rewards Program may be modified, suspended, or terminated without notice at the sole discretion of N101.
  • N101 reserves the right to return points for discontinued or unavailable rewards, free products, or free merchandise.
  • Rewards Discounts may not be combined or used with other special offers, including Volume Discounts.
  • Rewards Discounts may not apply to some ‘SALE’ items as these items are excluded from any discounts.
  • Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself and earn referral discounts and/or extra points is strictly prohibited. N101 reserves the right to cancel accounts that violate this policy.
