INGREDIENT BREAKDOWN
Taurine – An amino acid.
Beta-Alanine – An amino acid and one of the precursors to carnosine.
L-Carnitine Fumarate – An amino acid derivative chelated (“bonded”) to fumaric acid (fumarate).
Spectra™ – A proprietary blend of 29 vegetable, fruit, and herbal ingredients.
Green Tea Extract (standardized to 50% polyphenols) – Derived from the Camellia sinensis plant, containing a mixture of polyphenols (naturally occurring organic compounds). Also a natural source of caffeine; each serving of Fully Charged contains approximately 15 mg.
elevATP™ – A proprietary blend of plant-derived trace minerals and polyphenol-rich apple extracts.
Beet Root Juice Powder (Beta vulgaris) – A source of nitrates.
Tyrosine – An amino acid.
Tart Cherry Extract (standardized to 6.5% anthocyanins) – Derived from the fruit of the Prunus cerasus, which contains naturally occurring compounds known as anthocyanins).
Soluble Corn Fiber (as Fibersol®-2 AG) – A digestive resistant maltodextrin prebiotic.

HOW TO USE
Mix 1 serving in 4–8 oz of water, or take 2 capsules, 15–30 minutes before exercise.
During exercise lasting more than 3 hours, take additional doses as desired, especially late in the going.
