Product is difficult to mix and maintain a homogenous solution. Despite the duration and voracity of the mixing process, the product settles to the bottom very quickly.

Steady Gainz
Had steady gains over a course of 11 months. Sauce was used with it including.... do I figured some you out there would need to know. Would take w 2 scoops morning and sometimes my other 2 towards bedtime. It certainly worked to help me fill in the gap what my meals could not. This not to say my nutrition wasn't sufficient, just the extra that needed to go from 89kg -96kg body weight.
