Refund policy
If you are dissatisfied with any product, please email our Customer Service Department at service@n101.com to receive authorization and return instructions. You may also make a return request online by following the instructions in the Orders section of your Account. We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the delivery date of your item(s) to request a return. Returns made without authorization may be refused.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Please try samples of products from your local store to be sure you enjoy a particular product. We cannot accept returns of products simply because you do not like a specific flavor or scent, or do not achieve the expected results. If you believe a product is spoiled or you have an allergic or adverse reaction to it, do not use the product and do NOT open additional units (bottles/packages/containers, etc.) of the product. Contact our Customer Service immediately for instructions. We will not accept returns for more than one unit of the same product if they are opened. If more than 10% of a product is missing/consumed, we will not accept a return.
Refunds will not be issued for shipped orders that are still in transit. This includes orders delayed by the carrier that still show the package as in transit. Once an order is delivered or determined to be lost, we can proceed with a return or refund as necessary.
Once authorized, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@n101.com.
Products must be shipped back to N101.com at the customer's expense unless we provide a Return Label. We recommend adequately insuring all returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s). Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured and are lost or damaged upon return, we cannot issue refunds.
Packages returned as "Undeliverable" or due to an incorrect shipping address will have actual shipping fees deducted from the refund if the shipping method was "Free Shipping". Please check the accuracy of your Shipping Address to ensure this does not occur.
RE-STOCKING FEES. There may be a 25% restocking fee for the return of bulk quantities (4 or more) of certain products. We will advise you if this fee applies before issuing a return authorization.
NO RETURNS ON SELECT SALE ITEMS. Some sale items are short-dated or discontinued by the manufacturer. We cannot accept returns for these items unless you receive a return authorization from our Customer Service team. A 25% restocking fee may apply to such returns.
NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS. Items marked "Special Order Item" cannot be returned. These are non-stock items that are ordered specifically for your order. Once we have ordered the special-order items for you, you cannot cancel them. If a return or cancellation is authorized, it may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
NO RETURNS ON BARS. We check expiration dates before shipping bars to ensure items are fresh.
SORRY, WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES ON RETURNED ITEMS. If you wish to exchange a product for an alternate one, return the product after receiving approval, then place a separate order for the desired product.
Promotional Items (free bars, T-shirts, etc.) must be returned if the associated product is returned. Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not returned.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
